It's a celebration of vegetables at consciousfork each day. We serve up tasty, plant-based dishes, from delicious soups, sandwiches to our featured dish the "Whole Bowl. " Bowls are mixture of grains, protein and veggies. We prepare 8-10 different vegetables each day, according to season. Our signature sandwich, "Kim's Reuben" combines sauerkraut, avocado and hummus on sprouted whole grain bread.
Everything is cooked from scratch in our open kitchen. We source only quality sustainable ingredients and ensure the freshest seasonal produce by partnering with several local producers during the core growing season. We are dedicated to consumer transparency, making our ingredients - bulk food or organic produce - available for purchase by our guests.
We are 100% VEGAN and have many naturally GLUTEN-FREE offerings.
Our food offerings are influenced by cultural cuisines and dietary theories, such as German, Indian/Ayurvedic, Macrobioitic, Raw, Asian, and middle eastern.
