About the Author - Kimberly Gabelmann

Kimberly Gabelmann is the founder of Conscious Fork brands. As an entrepreneur, she founded various sustainable food and wellness initiatives in the Lower Hudson Valley. These ventures include a vegetable farm, wellness spa, and the vegan cafe & juice bar,, consciousfork that operated for over 12 years in Warwick, NY and other locations. Recently, Kimberly authored, Conscious Fork: Nourishing the Mind, Body, & Soil, a book she wrote, designed, and self-published through her own venture, Conscious Fork Publishing.

She holds several certifications, including that of a holistic health coach, NYS licensed realtor, and works as a business development consultant. Kimberly's corporate background includes roles as branded entertainment and advertising sales executive for notable media companies such as Sundance Channel, Comedy Central, Viacom, and AMC Networks. She divides her time between New York City and her home in upstate New York, where she resides with her partner, Joe, an architect, and their two chihuahuas, Lois and Clark.
