Cooking classes with Kimberly

Learn to cook healthy vegan and gluten-free staples and some of your favorite conscious fork staples. 

Private cooking classes with Kimberly take place in her home kitchen in Warwick, NY or alternatively can take place in a clients kitchen. Classes are one on one or in small groups up to four people. Everything is provided in the class - ingredients, equipment for prepping and cooking and you will go home with delicious food and the knowledge on how to make it.

This class is due to popular demand and I am thrilled to share the methods and simplicity in being able to prepare fresh clean healthy food from whole ingredients for you and your family. Classes are in themes from the cookbook and our popular menu items. If you want to request for a particular theme or menu items you can request via the button below.

Classes are approximately 2 hours long, depending on the menu. You will go home with food as well as sample plenty during the class. Water, or tea (sometimes wine) is provided as well.

Prices: One on One Class ( 2 hr) $175 I Group Class (up to four) $125 per person ( you can either sign up with friends or will be scheduled with other guests).

  • In this class we will focus on the delectable flavors of the Far East, in particular China, Japan, and Korea. We will make some of our most popular menu items:

  • In this class we will be transported to the delicious tastes of Thailand, focusing on dishes such as:

  • Indian cuisine showcases a unique blend of vegetables, legumes, an array of dried spices, resulting in slow-cooked dishes that rank among the most flavorful in the world. In this class we will make:

    Indian Smashed Potatoes

  • Sometimes the best meals are just a salad and some soup. In this class we will make:

    Superclean Salad with Zesty Green Dressing
